We've become aware of an SensiGuard registration glitch that some people experience when they update to Windows 10. We've investigated the problem and found a solution. So, if you are planning to update to Windows 10, please follow these steps before you run the update:
1. Open SensiGuard and click on "About" in the top right corner
2. Make a note of your registration code, then select "Remove key" and close the program
3. Update your operating system to Windows 10
4. Open SensiGuard again and click on the "Register Now" button
5. Close the Web page that opens (you don't need that page because you already have your license code)
6. Enter your license code and the e-mail address you used to register in a pop-up window that appears
7. Click "Activate" and continue to enjoy SensiGuard
